Tremella

Tremella is a herb traditionally used to preserve youth, especially of the skin.  It is a very hydrating herb and has a sweet vanilla-like flavour, making it an excellent herb to use in the kitchen, especially deserts.

Beyond it's skin benefits and delicious flavour, it also supports our antioxidant status and was said to support the health of the lungs and digestive system.
