Chamomile, Skullcap and Tulsi have a long history of use by traditional herbalists.
Must of us know and love the calm that comes from simply smelling a cup of Chamomile Tea. Chamomile promotes the production of our calming neurotransmitter GABA.
Skullcap may be a herb you're not familiar with, unless you're a herbalist of course. The Skullcap flower is said to look like a helmet, indicating it's good for those who spend a bit too much time in their head (Doctrine of Signatures). This is one of Western Herbalism's most favoured herbs for restoring the health of the Nervous System.
Tulsi is a revered herb in the Ayurvedic system of Medicine and for good reason. It is a fantastic adaptogen, that helps balance out our stress response, from our brain all the way to our adrenal glands.
On their own these are fantastic herbs, but combined they provide a synergy that enhances the effect of each one.
