Standard GlyNAC has been shown in studies to improve multiple metrics of health, including Glutathione status, markers of oxidation, mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammation, physical function and more (Kumar et al, 2023).

Glycine is an amino acid, essential to the formation of collagen to support skin health, reducing the signs of ageing, and supporting the health and function of our joints. Glycine is also one of the 3 amino acids that makes up Glutathione, our master antioxidant.

NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine), like Glycine, is a precursor to Glutathione and has been to shown to improve antioxidant status, protect the liver and support the brain.

BioStack's GlyNAC+ goes on step further, adding in a full dose of Calcium Alpha Ketoglutarate.  This compound is involved in generating energy (ATP) via its involvement in the Kreb's cycle

Directions For Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (6 capsules) with 250mL of water in the morning at least an hour before food or two hours after food. Cycle 5 days on and 2 days off.  Or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner
