These include lowering aromatisation, so that Testosterone isn't converted into too much Estrogen, and lowering Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, so that there is more free testosterone, the usable form.
Nettle Root is considered a yin herb that can work great when paired with yang herbs such as Tongkat Ali and Pine Pollen Tincture
Beyond that, Nettle Root is a great support for prostate health, as it can support recovery from Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) that affects 50% of men over 50.
