Tincture vs powder
At Revivify Health we stock both a powdered version and tincture version of Reishi. As is the case with most herbs, Tinctures have a much quicker, immediately noticeable effect while Powders have a slower, longer term tonifying effect.
Directions for use
Have as a stand alone herb or add to your tonic herb teas
1/4 to 1/2 tsp daily
